Author Sita Dhungana Kafle Donates Books

In a generous gesture, Sita Dhungana Kafle has donated two books, including the famous “Serungabata,” to the library of Rupandehi Campus.

The books were handed over by Ms. Kafle to Laxman Jnawali, the campus chief of Rupandehi Campus, during an informal ceremony held on Thursday. The event was attended by faculty members, staff, and students of the campus.

Speaking on the occasion, Ms. Kafle expressed her happiness at being able to donate the books to the library of Rupandehi Campus. She said that she hoped the books would inspire the students to read more and explore the rich cultural heritage of Nepal.

Mr. Jnawali, while thanking Ms. Kafle for her contribution, said that the books would be a valuable addition to the library’s collection. He added that the campus would take all necessary steps to ensure that the books are well-preserved and made accessible to the students.

The donation of the books by Ms. Kafle has been widely appreciated by Rupandehi Campus team and is being hailed as an example of the importance of promoting Nepali literature and culture.
